Begin with the output you need. Add only the steps required to reach it, then choose which compatible earlier output feeds each step. A transcript can feed several branches without being made again.
Queue a batch without hiding the work
Add several supported links or local files and send them through the same Workflow. Activity shows what is waiting, running, paused, finished or failed.
Put a person where judgment matters
Review is a first-class Action. Place it before Cut or another consequential step and the Workflow waits for approval instead of pretending every decision should be automatic.
