Data in the Mac app
Media you import, transcripts, documents, derived files, indexes, settings and model data are stored on your Mac. Untitled Apps does not receive that content through the normal operation of Media Mill.
Network operations you request
Media Mill connects to the network when you ask it to fetch a supported link, download or repair a model or media engine, or check the signed update feed in a verified public build. Those requests necessarily expose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, to the service that supplies the requested resource. Source sites receive the link-fetch requests needed to retrieve content.
Website data
The website may be delivered by a hosting provider that processes standard request data needed to serve pages, protect the service and diagnose faults. The site does not need an advertising profile to explain the product or provide support.
Messages you send
When you email support@untitledapps.dev, Untitled Apps receives your address and the information you choose to include. It is used to reply, investigate the issue and maintain a record of the support or security conversation. Do not attach private media unless we have agreed on a safe need and method.
Your choices
You can use local files without adding web links, keep assistant connections disabled and delete the app’s Library or model data from your Mac. To ask about a support message you sent, use the same email address.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new updated date. The policy in effect when you use the app or site applies to that use.
