Create the recipe

   Open Workflows

   Choose New Workflow, or duplicate the closest starter.

   Name the outcome

   Use a name such as “Client interview brief” rather than a list of tools.

   Add Actions in order

   Begin with the source-producing step and stop when the required output exists.

   Set inputs

   For a dependent Action, pick from the compatible outputs created earlier in the recipe.

   Save and test

   Run one representative item before making it the default.

Choose a default

One Workflow can run automatically for newly added content. Changing the default affects future additions. It does not rerun existing Library items.

Edit an AI Action when the document needs a different shape

Built-in AI Actions are editable and you can create your own. Choose whether the result should be Markdown, JSON, an Edit Plan, timed transcript, tags, a title or an overview. The output type determines which later Actions can use it.
