Choose the right timed transcript
Burn subtitles can use an original transcript, a translation or another compatible timed transcript produced earlier in the Workflow. Explicitly bind the source when more than one exists.
Know what each output is for
| Output | Use it when |
|---|---|
| SRT | A player, editor or platform accepts standard sidecar captions |
| VTT | The destination uses WebVTT |
| Burned MP4 | The captions must stay visible in every player |
Review language and presentation
Translation quality varies with the source language, target language, transcript and local model. Review names, technical terms and consequential claims. Burned captions use one clean default style; they are not a full styling system.
