Unmarked is free to use. It's provided as-is, your files stay yours, and you use it at your own discretion. These terms cover the app and this website.

The app is free

Unmarked is free to download and use, with no account and no payment. We may change or discontinue it at any time, though we'll aim to give notice for anything that would affect your files.

Your files are yours

Unmarked opens and saves the files you choose, on your Mac. We don't claim any rights to your content, we don't access it, and the app has no network access to send it anywhere. What you write is yours.

Provided as-is

Unmarked is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or fit every purpose. Keep your own backups of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Untitled Apps isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from using the app.

Acceptable use

Use Unmarked for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to break, abuse, or misuse the app or this website in ways that harm others.
