If something misbehaves, two things make it faster to fix:

Tell us what you did and what happened instead. "I exported to PDF and the table ran off the page" beats "export is broken."
Attach the file that caused it, if you can. A Markdown file that won't open or renders wrong shows us more than a paragraph of description.

Or use Help → Contact Support inside the app

If you're already in Unmarked, Help → Contact Support opens a pre-addressed email to the same address. It fills in your macOS version and Mac model, the diagnostic detail we'd otherwise ask for, so you don't have to.

Nothing sends until you hit send. Read it, edit it, or delete the diagnostics first if you'd rather not include them.

Writing from your own mail app works just as well. When you do, mention your macOS version (Unmarked needs macOS 15 Sequoia or later) and which Mac you're on, so we don't have to ask.
